20 years of history and
the sea of experiences
speak for us
based on relationships and trust.
Darlowo Shipyard Company has been successfully and continuously operating in Polish and foreign markets for over 20 years. We provide our services in the maintenance of steel structures throughout the European Union and we also manufacture steel structures for the shipbuilding, wind energy and offshore industries. We carry out orders to the highest standards and quality. Over 20 years of experience, tradition and efficiency speak for us. This is the sea of experience gathered by ourselves and our employees, who are specialists in their fields.
The history of our company is integrally related with the history of our city. It is Darlowo, where on the former grounds of the Fishing and Fishery Services Company “Kuter” we have built our infrastructure. Access to the wharf, slips and machinery park allows us to successfully take care of our customers’ vessels. It is here, since 2006, that we have been successfully engaged in the implementation of comprehensive services, not only for the local community, but also for customers from the EU and around the world. Each vessel is unique, therefore we take an individual approach to each project. Our individual approach to the customer, respect and willingness to take on new challenges contributed to the fact that vessels from all over Europe have been coming to us for class repairs, renovations and conversions over the years.
Expansion of the machinery park and experienced employees allow our company to carry out projects not only in Darlowo, but also throughout the country and the European Union. In addition to the implementation of typical shipbuilding projects, we also offer a wide range of services related to the hiring of workers, TIG and MIG welding, repairing and maintenance work, individual orders.
For over 20 years, we have carried out our projects in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and Luxembourg:
- building the Hochmoselbrücke bridge
- renovation of the lock on the Kiel Canal
- building steel structures of elements for wind towers
- corrosion services at a shipyard in Hamburg
- prefabrication and assembly of pipelines at Hamburg Shipyard, Bremen
- painting work on the ship Aida in Wolgast
- maintenance and painting work on the Disney ship
- welding and maintenance-painting work at the Wolgast shipyard

We support
We are the part of
our local society
Living, working and living in our city, make us very familiar with the problems of our local community. Therefore, we can successfully take care not only of our customers, but also of our community. We support not only financially but also through employee voluntary organization. The purpose of the Shipyard’s Employee Volunteer Program is to support and develop employees’ commitment to the common good, particularly in the areas of sports, environmental protection, community activities and support for social organizations that work on their behalf.
We live close to local issues and we have been supporting various cases of our city for years:
- Stocznia Darlowo Volleyball Club
- St. Nicholas Lapland
- Support for the Darlowski Hospice
- Support of DORT
